I am not sure where to start with this review. There were many "moments" throughout this book with poetic dialogue to narrate them. This is a dark romance story that takes on some gore, at moments. Jaya and Syler's hearts intertwined, but his sister Toska's jealousy constantly caused problems for them. Syler was Jaja's wolf, Jaya was Syler's mouse, his prey all along, but overtime feelings grew and the both need to decide what they ultimately wanted. Their love is unconventional but ultimately it works for them.
"...I'm trying to stop my love from flowing, I want it to drip slowly. Let me drip, Syler. I'll let you drip, Mouse."
