I love Bayou and Phoebe’s story! It was so good to see someone who grew up different and struggled to understand social cues, due to Aspergers, be the hero and get his happily ever after. Bayou is the president of the Bear Bottom MC and Phoebe is the girl he has loved since he was young.

At 14 Phoebe, an introvert, was the only person who saw Benson (Bayou) as a normal person and understood him. But 14 was too young for him.

Now she is older and their feelings haven’t changed. Phoebe and Bayou are just rediscovering each other when Bayou is handed a daughter he knew nothing about.

Just like the rest of Lani Lynn Vale’s stories, this one draws you in and makes you feel what they are feeling. I recommend this story it is one of my favorites and I think it will be one of yours too!  ~Natalie

This is the first book I have read in this series and I will gladly be going back and reading books 1-4. This was a great story of a childhood friendship that grew into something more. Bayou and Phoebe were perfect for each other and I lvoed every part of their story.  ~Jen
