"Not going to lie, at about 75% in I had to put this book down and walk away. When I read my mind is several steps ahead sometimes imagining how the story will play out. I was so certain I was correct that what I ended up by reading practically broke me. I was devastated but also angry at Gina for throwing this cruel twist in, but after I calmed down I ended up being in awe that Gina decided to “go there”.
There is so much more I want to say about Sofia & Theo’s story, and it honestly is a beautiful romantic story to read. But I think it’s best the reader go in blind and you won’t be disappointed even though your emotions will be put through the wringer. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book."
