It was fascinating to see both Everly and Gunner evolve as they realize how much the two love one another. It was heartwarming to watch them fall in love on their own and to learn from their mistakes, because love can conquer all. I really enjoyed the version of Everly and Gunner at the end of this story.

What an evolution these 2 made throughout this book and really both books. Gunner I think made the biggest change for Everly, but Everly finally grew into her person which was strong, confident woman who could stand next to Gunner. But the way Gunner morphed into the man he was at the end, really made me smile.
