"Once again Carrie has written another book that I found almost impossible to put down. Best friends to lovers romance novels are one of my favorite tropes to read. Gannon & Amelie know each other so well. Except for the fact that they are both secretly in love with each other. Their story had me on the edge of my seat - I wanted just one of them to lay their feelings on the line - and when that did happen I just about stroked out in absolute glee!!
I also really enjoyed reading all the minor characters in this story, they all bring so much to the book. I know who I would like next to read about, but I guess I will just have to wait and see. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book."
