I just loved how the once playboy finally fell and he fell so hard. I wanted to smack him a time or 10 because he just didn't get it but once it finally clicked...he made up for it. Decker and Hannah were complete opposites but they had this bond that just made them so much more fun and loving. ~Jen



"I cannot express how magnificent this book was to read. I love sports romance novels and I try to get my hands on as many as I possibly can. This sometimes means that I find wonderful new to me authors. I have read Kayley before but Connor is now an author I will keep an eye out for.
Hannah’s storyline is one I have read before, and honestly I don’t think it will ever get old. Women working in and doing well in a male dominant world - yep I love everything about that. I enjoyed the push and pull between Decker and Hannah. Both came across as alpha throughout the book but they just worked so well together. Even though I would consider their romance low angst there was a part in the book that shook me and I wondered why Hannah did what she did. But it does end up making sense eventually and truthfully it was beautiful to read how selfless she was. Thankfully this looks like the start of a new series and I know I will be reading the subsequent books that follow. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book." ~Sharon
