Release Blitz: THE PLAYER HATER by Sara Ney

Release Date: February 15

I would do anything for my best friend.

Well. Almost anything.

When she begs me to come on a weekend getaway so I can bond with her new boyfriend, I can’t say no—no matter how badly I want to. After all, who will keep an eye on the guy; he’s your stereotypical, professional football player (emphasis on PLAYER) and I don’t trust him with my friends heart.

Worse? He has the nerve to bring his single best friend Davis on the trip, too. Davis is too handsome, so funny and smart he can’t possibly be human. Grandma’s, babies and kittens all fall for his smile.

In fact, everyone adores but me **narrows eyes** What’s he hiding?

I refuse to fall for his act; at some point he’ll will drop the Good Guy act and show his true colors: he’s a player, too. He must be.

You know the saying: if he seems too good to be true, he probably is.

"The very first book in a brand new series from Sara Ney - yep I knew I just had to read it.
Sara is an absolute queen at writing slow burn romances and she did not disappoint with Juliet & Davis’s story. The way they first meet was both funny and awkward. And the whole time they were together for their friends little vacation - which I thought was a bit selfish of Thad & Mia - I liked how they slowly became friends before anything started happening between the pair.
Now in truth this book does not end on a HEA, more like a HFN. But hopefully we will get more from this couple with Penelope’s book which is up next.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book." ~Sharon

What a great start to this new series. I just love how this author can mix humor, sarcasm and awkward moments; making me love the story that much more. This was a slow burn with a friends first theme that turned into more. Hoping to see more from this couple in the future books. ~Jen
