The final novella in this set of three stories is probably edging towards my favorite of them. The fake relationship between Carter and Lexi was super funny but not in an over the top kind of way. Lexi was the standout character for me. Her love of books - which I can totally relate to - and even more so her love for Rudy. She was so adorable in her quirkiness and even though Carter is this big hot shot baseball player by the end of the story I felt he was lucky to end up with her. All I can hope for now is that Jana feels the need to step back into the Reindeer Falls world next holiday season. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.
