Release Blitz - What The Puck? by Crystal Perkins
What The Puck? by Crystal Perkins is now live!
From author Crystal Perkins comes a brand-new stand alone, enemies to lovers romance novel set in her Metros Hockey Series.
Seti
I've been pursued by women during my time as a professional hockey player, but I never expected what's happening to me now. A sweet looking grandma is following me everywhere and it's getting a little scary. So scary I have to hire an undercover bodyguard, and ask for help from someone who hates me. Diana and I got off on the wrong foot, and I keep putting that foot in my mouth over and over again.
Diana
Seti Redlin has been a thorn in my side since we met. I tolerate him because he's my boss' friend, but I want to stab him most days. Or kiss him. But, I can't do either. What I can do is help him avoid his stalker and her friends. That's all this is. Just helping him out. He's a hockey player and I know better than to get involved with one of those again.
Innocent touches during late night strategy sessions lead to steamy kisses and unexpected feelings. But is it enough for them both to trust that what they have is real and not just part of the game?

Meet Crystal Perkins
Crystal Perkins has always been a big reader, but she never thought she would write her own book, until she sat down in 2014 and did it. She's now published over 40 books, and has been featured in several anthologies as well.
She lived in Las Vegas for over a decade, where you could find her running author events and winning bookseller. After moving to ND for over a year, she’s back in Vegas again. When she's not reading a few hundred books a year or chasing after her grandson, you can find her watching hockey (Go Knights Go!) and trying to find the perfect shade of lipstick. A mac and cheese connoisseur, she travels the world looking for the perfect version, while attending book conventions and signings as a cover for her research. Poutine research is also conducted regularly on her trips.
Crystal loves hearing from her readers, so please feel free to send her an email, Facebook message, or Tweet! She's also on Instagram, where you can see her monthly reads!

I didn’t happen to read the first book in this series so I can honestly say that this book does read as a stand-alone.
This book has a great sense of family, whether it is by blood or by choice. All the characters add so much to the storyline I would be hard pressed to name a favorite.
What I am certain of is the great relationship that develops between Seti & Diana. I am a sucker for an enemies to lovers romance and Crystals version was awesome. Seti has a couple of secrets that he has held for quite some time but when they were revealed I wasn’t overly shocked but I thought they did add to the dramatic side of the story.
This book was a great read and I will definitely be keeping an eye out for more books in this series when they’re released. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.
