Ryan
There are things that just shouldn’t happen—like me being in love with my sister’s best friend. Still, that didn't stop me from spending our childhood telling her just that.
Of course, she doesn't believe me. I'm just the annoying guy she’s known all her life.
But then she begged...
Not like that, but her asking for my help was still music to my ears. I stopped listening when she formed those beautiful words—Ryan, I need you—and came to somewhere around a broken hip and a last minute date to her ex’s wedding.
I accepted, not even sure to what exactly, but she can always count on me. I’ll only need to remember three things:
Don’t punch the groom
Don’t grab her ass—too much
And no matter what, remember this is only for one night.
Amanda Faye currently resides in Atlanta with her high school sweetheart and husband of 15 years and their 4 amazing children.
She's had a passion for reading and writing since she was a child. She stole her first romance novel from her mother at age 12 and hasn't looked back since.
You could say being a Reeder is in her blood. (Family joke)

Well this quick read was a pleasant surprise. Amanda Faye has now added herself to my ever increasing list of must read authors.
I was taken away with how much she covered in this story. Enough of a background recap that made the story very realistic in how these two came together.
I also thought it was very well written and the words just seemed to flow beautifully.
Will definitely keep my eye out for Amanda’s next book. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.
