I’ve gone about this all backwards. I haven’t read the first two books in this series so I can definitely say that Good On Paper reads as a stand-alone. So there’s that. But I am a bit disappointed in myself that I haven’t read the first two books in this series!!!! Something I need to rectify as soon as I can.
I adored Marlowe and Isaac’s story. It covers a couple of tropes that are go-to’s for me and are what obviously drew me to the book to begin with. But the underlying storyline for all three books is unique to me. I thought it was clever and romantic at the same time. I am honestly in awe of many authors creative ways and Everly has just added herself to this list. I will definitely be reading more from her in the future. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book
