Now I have to admit I have missed the first three books in the series but thankfully this book does read as a stand-alone. Dillon & Sophia’s story covers a few tropes that I like so it made reading this story even more enjoyable. There are some great minor characters and I thought Sophia’s best friend Lauren not only played a huge part for in the storyline but she stood out so much to me that I hope she ends up with her own story.
