This book was light on the sports side but I didn’t think that this lessened the story any for me. I do love that part about sports romance novels, it is a big reason as to why I tend to favor them over other books. But the whole storyline wasn’t about that part of Garret, well maybe just a smidge. The book for me was revealing Garret’s secrets - of that there were plenty. Some I guessed but others threw me for a loop.
Cannot wait to get my hands on Dalton’s book next. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.
