"I have read books by this author before so I thought I knew what I was in for going into this story. Boy was I so very, very wrong. Without giving away the whole story, what Michelle has come up with was a totally unique storyline that had me not only totally invested right from the start, but I was so utterly disappointed that it even had to end.
Winter & Damien are two of the best characters I have read in quite some time. If I had to choose my favorite it would have to be Winter. I love my female characters to be strong and I also love them when they are happy to take a step back and be the support to their man. But Winter was something else entirely that I cannot totally describe to the best of my ability - she was just more. And I loved it.
